My first day back from a minor knee surgery, I was so off rhythm I hit my head on the bar stand. 😂

I landed on the bar really bad once and it bruised and my back hurt for weeks (my first ever track meet btw)

broke my collarbone after running a 200m race, just fell over weird and it snapped. track is a sport that gets more injuries than ppl might think 💀

I never kneed my self but i jumped to the other side of the high jump and ended up falling on the ground on wood

High jump is only dangerous when you’re not running a proper curve and taking off at the correct angle. You have no rotation over the bar here and that’s why your knees were so close to your face.

Last year a kid on my team jumped too far off and landed on the ground. He got a concussion and fractured his wrist

I did that in practice and almost broke my glasses it hurts

I sprained my leg...because i jump wrong and landed wrong

I never knee myself because i rotate around after kicking

I gave myself a black eye doing that and I tried to play it off but it hurt so bad
