Fly with our skilled test pilots in the Falcon 6X speed trials as they approach the speed of sound. It's another success story on the way to late 2022 certification.
une belle machine ce Falcon 6x ..bravo aux pilotes d'essais ..et à tout le personnel de Dassault pour sortir des avions formidables , civils et militaires'✈👍
I'm not a connoisseur of bizz jets, but I know beauty when I see it. Falcon 6X is as close to perfect eye candy as I've seen since the days of Concorde It was sad that this eye catching machine didn't pass through Farnborough during that airshow this years. I followed it flying up the UK's east coast at that time, and got excited for the 6X paying a visit. Alas ,she didn't come.
Just curious but for a global corporation purchasing a new bizjet(s) in this class, is the 6X a better purchase then an 8X for long distance corporation travel for c class corporation member's?
Very impressive. Was this to establish Mmo, or a margin over Mmo? Cruise seems to be M0.9. Also typical marketing video, so cut up and overlaid with music that it's impossible to see what is going on. How about also publishing just the straight cockpit video, without the lousy music, from before the roll starts, until after the aircraft ends the high speed run. For those of us who are more fact and less marketing oriented. What is the intended target? Fans, customers, or the aviation community?
Margin over maximum operating Mach . Test pilots do not like this extreme test that comes at the very end of the testing phase simply because it's potentially very dangerous and despite all calculations and thousands of hours of engineering , the aircraft could break up under aero forces , flutter. But falcon jets have the dna of fighter jets...
@@harrycover9180 Yeah, the guys I flew in the jump seat with had ETPS patches on their flying suits. I know something of test flying and test pilots, I was just asking what the intent was for this test. Because the aircraft will not be flying at this speed in normal service.
