(Kinda 1 pulling back on stress and focus on self care Kinda 2 vitamin a drink in morning) 1 gel manicures every 2-3 weeks 2 regular pedicure 4-5 weeks 3 consistent skin care routine and eye masks 4 facials bi monthly (and microneedling twice a year) 5 facial massages at home every single night 6 sunscreen EVERY DAY (REAPPLY) 7 brow tint 2-3 times a year 8 lash lift and tint 2-3 times a year

The high maintenance thing to be low maintenance that I've started to do is at home IPL. I'm pale with dark hair and dealing with body hairs used to take so much time, I had to shave everyday during summer, and then my skin would get irritated and bumpy, and it was just a pain. Last year I invested in an IPL device and it so worth it. It takes me about 1 hour every 2 to 3 weeks to do my whole body and I've got amazing results. My hairs aren't completely gone but I'd say 80% are and maybe I'd had ever better results by having done at a dermatologist, but I couldn't afford and I'm honestly so happy with the results. It's a little thing but it's so nice not to have to worry about hairs during summer. Last year I went on a beach holiday for 2 weeks and I only had to do couple of touch ups once. It was the first summer in my life where I wore shorts and skirts every day. My only regret is to have waited so long to buy that device, but it's pricey and I was afraid it would be a waste of money. I'd really recommend it to everyone with similar skin tone and hair colour.

@@majatodorovic1547 it’s the Philips Lumea Advanced. They came out a couple of years ago I think, they are new ones now, that are cordless, but they are more expensive and I didn’t was to spend extra money just for that, the cord is long enough, it doesn’t really bother me.

I really enjoyed this video! Also, great reminder for me to start with Gua Sha again. I stopped after I dropped my Gua Sha into the sink and it broke (lol) but I remember seeing great results with it. I also appreciate you mentioning you had a panic attack and how it is a sign from the body saying sth. is not good and needs to be changed. It really resonated with me right now.
