I agree we need to have fewer unnecessary chemicals in our food. As for beauty products, I have already moved to a more organic soap. I don't think a person needs much more than a good organic soap, and a face moisturizer. Make-up? Always thought women focused too much on that... just need clean, healthy skin. The rest is brainwashing by the "beauty products industrial complex," and all its commercials on TV.
That’s great advice. Regretfully I pursued artificial ‘beauty’ enhancement in my youth that proved detrimental to health. I would always recommend to all girls and women to live and look as naturally as possible!
Women have been wearing makeup for 100s of years, way before a beauty industry ever existed. It's great that you like women who don't wear makeup because some women prefer not to wear makeup. As for the women who do wear makeup, they're not for you and you're not for them. That's what's so wonderful about diversity.
I’m in the process of researching the organic lifestyle, and in the process of switching on a budget with little to no access to ANYTHING organic. I even have my boyfriend and my mother on board with me. Definitely taking notes from this video!
If you have anything to garden with, start there, as that will definitely be a good source of organics. There's also foraging weeds from your yard, like dandelion and broadleaf plantain. That is assuming you didn't spray them, though.

I love this video, lately I been feeling like I'm living life wrong. Work and then home sleep and go back to work, spend money on junk and fir what? To rest in a table to look pretty so others think you are successful? To tell yourself you are doing good? Buying all those products to make yourself pretty because you compare yourself to those ads and celebrities. Idk how we are supposed to live life, but its not like this....its time I changed, so here I am.
This video really helped open my eyes to what we’re doing to ourselves and that it needs to change! I can’t help but vision my future, and seeing a much happier healthier way to live when I start the change. Taking down lots of notes rn

I actually made my own coconut oil/ tallow face and body balm with matcha green tea, jojoba, rosehip, pomegranate, geranuim, marula oils (using preblended oils from derma e and dessert essence) as well as my own frakinsence essential oils (three types of frakinsence) and vanilla and ginger root essential oils. I blended it it all together and whipped it up. IT'S THE BEST. My bf got a nasty burn on his hand, I put that salve on, and his burn COMPLETELY HEALED within less than 48 hrs. I am still searching for the ever elusive all natural deodorant that works! I heard that drinking Chlorophyll can aid as a "natural deodorant." ?? I guess we'll see!!!

I’ve been trying to slowly change my ways, while it’s not all natural products, every piece of makeup I own is cruelty free! Right now I have an all natural shampoo and leave in conditioner. I hope in 2020 I can change everything to all natural 😊

I chould never change anything on my body, not even hair color anymore. I even shaved my head and grew out my natural hair color beacuse hair dye made me feel fake. For me, hair dye is some sort of makeup/filter. I wish natural beauty will be in one day, it would do so good to the world ❤️ Question, do you dye your hair? ❤️
I keep my hair natural. When I was young, I would occasionally dye my hair and it always made my scalp blister. So I would go through this period of time where my scalp was flaking and scabbing. It was so gross. I realized it was crazy to put myself through that. I am now 40 and my hair is turning a little gray at the temples, but I am ok with that. I am ok with letting my hair turn gray naturally since it means I am not putting chemicals on my scalp.

I’m trying to live the hippie life, I am vegan, I avoid products tested on animals, I don’t wear animals. I avoid certain products, I switched to crystal deodorant and I use rice water in my hair to aid in growth. I want to adapt more and more. I am spiritual and studying tarot, I am not stereotyping here but I love crystals and I believe in their abilities. I am practicing divination. I am grateful for all I have, I am trying to manifest a smart mind. I have a learning disability and I’m trying to rewire my brain to think and memorise faster.
Being vegan , choosing NOT to contribute to animal cruelty and suffering. Is compassionate and normal !! People that aren't vegan are the crazy ones lol think about it .

Everything in this world is made of chemicals. We are chemicals. Nature is chemicals. I hope she knows that. It’s like atoms, it’s not toxic. She’s not talking about chemicals. She’s talking about toxic, unhealthy chemicals.
You misuse the word "chemicals" a lot, and that part annoys me, although I otherwise liked your video. A chemical is simply anyhting that isnt an element. It doesnt have to be unnatural or harmful. Literally every food in existence contains chemicals and even pure water and the air you breathe contain chemicals
