At the end the "on" is a C#5 and the "two" is a B5 if I'm not mistaken. Both are very high, even for a tenor like him. It probably depends on the person for which is harder. For exemple, someone who works on his chest and chest/mix range would be able to pull of this high C# way easier than someone who liked to train his falsetto/head voice, who would be more likely to sing the B5 with less trouble.

If you can sing “Into the Unknown” you can definitely sing and at least hit the notes of this song. The power of your falsetto isn’t quite there compared to the original but still you hit the notes.

It's easier to hit higher notes with vowels that open your mouth more because they help avoid getting a flat note since it's harder to get a pretty-sounding high note with vowels that use a closer mouth. Demi Lovato, for instance, does this a lot. In "Heart Attack" she starts singing "you make me glo - o - o - a - a - ow so it's easier to reach the higher parts. By contrast, it's easier to sing closed vowels on lower notes, as they're less likely to go flat than their more open ones.

Fun fact: and "ee" or. "eh" sound is much easier to produce as a high note because it places the resonance higher in your throat rather than in your chest. Also, the fact that your mouth is closed means it requires less air to produce the same full-bodied sound. Not a music teacher here, just someone who's stuck through way too many lessons. 🤗🤗🤗 Also like to mention that I can barely sing it in the normal key (not that I've really tried), and your range is just nuts. I showed my brother this video and it blew his mind. You did an awesome job!

I think my favorite thing to hear was how the first "low" "Take on me" kept getting higher. The really high notes I couldn't tell much of a difference besides knowing that my voice has never ever gotten close to that note.
