He's so comfortable and himself--he doesn't worry that he will bore people or confuse people. He just says what's inside honestly and consequently he's just so charming and authentic and charismatic and people actually give a shit about what he's trying to communicate amidst his pauses and broken English. Ugh. It's so uplifting and empowering! I want to have Maxence's confidence.
