Maybe it is more appropriate for another video and I write this with the best intention and in a constructive way, but i noticed one of the players having a very excessive backswing on the forehand that might prevent her from taking the ball earlier on faster deeper shots. As her level and pace of the game goes up it could become more evident and challenging. Coach Dabul is doing a great job, drills are awesome and I can feel the energy of this young players and love for our game. Best wishes.
I actually was going to make that comment on the 1st boy and then the one who was hitting off his knee. However, I am definitely not a coach, and you see all kinds of strokes being effective. Thanks for posting the videos. You work the kids hard.
dear Brian if drill is about consistence its'ok, but if it's about match situation (i.e. passing/volley and recovery of the volley I thinks a little change for baseline player would be useful ? which change ? if you ask I'll respond
This group of 12-15 year olds would easily beat the 18 year olds(seniors) in my club.I cannot imagine the looks on those arrogant seniors of mine in the club I’m from when these 12-15 year olds obliterate them.
The first doesn´t looks like 15, min.180-190cm and 75-80 Kilo, the second slim one could be 15, but seems also to be more like 16/17 and the girl is for no case 12-15, I also couch teenagers in this age... but they seems to be minions :-))))
