I never thought of running mind controls, ill have to play with that idea. I was running dragged through the the graves as extra draw power and as a way to get rid of cards that hurt me the most.
Instead of Feathers, Upstarts and Serial Spell, I play Swords of RL, Creature Swap and Scapegoats. A tiny bit of speed lost, but a LOT of utility. Also, I threw in an Exchange - since I constantly see what cards oponent gets, I can grab a pot or graceful or whatever. I've tried the original version and mine takes pretty much the same time to deck out, except I have some more def and utility, and also the element of surprice :D A metamorphosis can also be used defensively in this deck. My reasoning is as follows: 6 out of 10 duels I deck out on 1st/2nd turn. But every once in a while I don't and opponent just ends up with a powerful hand. That's where scapegoats come to save the day. If any survive I might creature swap them, or I can just use creature swap with swords and cyber/morphing to get an extra flip. Hope you find these cards useful, totally worth to at least side them in this type of deck : )
It’s a one turn kill ideally. You wouldn’t want to battle phase anything since you can die to traps. Bls is useless in the matchup. I want to flip stuff and he doesn’t do that. Gotta play to win condition!
@NostalgicDuelist no I wasn't saying play bls, I was saying to play the rat alongside tomatoes to double your chances of hitting a jar and thin at the same time ya know?
Rarity is nice but the cards are still the same regardless of what rarity so in the end it doesn’t even matter. I have a big box of all goat cards lowest rarity so I can play many decks! One of the benefits of goat format is the massive reprints!
