My freshman year a senior said "Lol Fresh meat" to me and my friends and I said "lol old meat" they busted out laughing and no one called us fresh meat anymore😂
For everyone commenting that you can't drive your freshman year in my state you're aloud to drive at 14 years old and 9 months with a parent if you take drives training so just keep in mind every state is different😊
Actually a lot of freshman get their permit during the school year, a few even get their license! Your right, it just depends on what state you live in

What i laughed at the most was the hallway and the locker one, those ma,e like no sense, but its funny i guess.

DEAR INCOMING FRESHMEN! High school is not that scary I was a freshman last year and I wasn't scared at all maybe cause I just hate school but there's nothing to be scared about like you do go to school with older people but they won't do anything to you and I actually just felt like eighth-grade all over again all you gotta to do is make sure you know where all your classes are and don't be nervous and don't look like a "freshman " if that makes sense 😂

My school isn't that segregated. Every friend group is kind of merged together. I hardly even know what grades some people are in😂 that, and it's a big school.
all the freshmen saying they act like seniors need to chill tbh cause trust me upperclassmen won't think it's cool that you're acting older they'll think it's weird. everyone goes through the awkward freshmen year so it's ok embrace it!

Freshmen: Nervous, a bit stressed, getting the hang of things. Just want to survive. Sophomore: Know the school, and think they're the sh*t because they're NOT freshman. Seniors: Senioritis, finishing college applications, and finally don't give a f*ck because colleges are already accepting them. Juniors: DEAD
It just depends on where you live and what the rules are for the transportation department. I'm about to be a freshman and I'm getting my license 2 months into the school year
+Lisa and Lena 1 fan yeah i live in minnesota and we still 9th as middle school in my middle school, but they get driving classes so they can earn permits so they can offically drive when they turn 16 and get a real liscense
+CAITLIN QUIGLEY actually, there are some kids that can drive. In my state all you have to be is 15 1/2 to have a permit. Some kids are 16 by the end of freshman year and are driving to school.
While some of these are true, freshmen are portrayed to be losers and goody-two shoes. Yes, we're definitely inexperienced in high school, but we've been through middle school and that sucked. Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to say is, we're not as preppy and innocent as these videos portray us to be. And, most of my closest friends are all upperclassmen so that might be why I'm excited to finally be with them in high school before they leave this year. All in all, this was a cute video and you're all beautiful girls! much love! 💘💘☺️😁
Here's some advice to incoming freshman from an official senior(finally omg): -Before school starts get the necessary school supplies for the school year! In high school, there isn't really a school supplies list because every student has different classes. So I recommend getting a binder, some dividers, a couple of spiral notebooks, index cards, pens, pencils, highlighters, colored pencils, and maybe a pencil case. -Usually high school's have orientation days for freshman only so use that time to get used to the school a little bit and maybe make a friend! -The night before the first day, make sure you have clothes picked out and your backpack ready to head out the door on time so you won't be late for your first day and getting everything prepared the night before will make it less stressful for you! -Set your alarm to wake up at least 2 hours before school starts to make sure you have enough time to get ready and you won't be late! So if school starts at 7:30, wake up at 5:30. -If you have a friend that you know that is going to the same school as you, maybe arrange a meetup somewhere at the school so you won't feel so alone on the first day. -Upperclassmen really aren't as scary as some people might make them seem so don't be afraid to ask them for help but there might be that one kid who gets a little cocky(in my experience sophomores) and might be like 'omg ew freshman' but don't worry about them lol just don't enter high school thinking you're the shit because you're finally in high school because it will make upperclassmen not take you seriously -Don't worry about being late to class during the first week of high school. Teachers understand that freshman are still adjusting to high school so they will let you slide. -Get a map of your school to make it easier for you to find your classes. -A lot of people say that colleges don't look at your freshman year so that makes freshman think it's okay to slack off but don't!!! Freshman year grades still go into your GPA. -If your taking honors classes, take those seriously!!!! They will prepare you for AP classes in your sophomore, junior and senior year if you choose to take them. (If you don't know what AP classes are, they're basically college level classes and if you pass the AP test, then you won't have to take that certain class in college.) -Focus on your academics and please please PLEASE don't let boys/girls/drama take over your life because once you graduate not of that will matter anymore trust me. -Take fun electives and join clubs!!! Make your freshman experience as fun as possible. Go to football games, homecoming, and any other activity because it will make your high school experience so much better. High school can sometimes be scary and stressful but remember you are not alone and many others are in the same situation as you are. Please make your high school years the best years because before you know it you're about to be a senior and wishing you can start freshman year all over again c: *IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO REPLY AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER!*
late and youre probaby a freshman now but nooo not at all if anything the sophmores will say something dumb like freshmeat in your first day but thats about it all the seniors in my school are nice and i actually talk to someof them in gym
The seniors making fun of Frenchman doesn't happen at my school because the high school and middle school are in the same building so the middle schoolers are the tiny ones
nothing to worry about, I was so nervous too but it's not scary at all! People walk into the wrong class all the time and stuff and nobody cares. Seniors won't do anything to you unless you know them so it's nothing to worry about

When i was in middle school and i was a "senior" via 8th grade me and my bestfriends would go up to 6th graders and be like OMG YOU ARE SO ADORABLE AND TINY... i have a feeling that's gonna be me in highschool as a senior because my sense of humor is wonderful lmfaooo

I remember when I was a Freshman, my friends and I were in line for lunch and this senior cuts us. My friends just stare at her like really and she turned around and said “Oh I’m a senior” and smiled. I said “That dont mean shit, get your ass in the back of the line and wait like everyone else.” So she did LMAO. My friends were like omg you’re a bad ass. 😂
nothing to worry aboutt :) people get scared about it when really, it's nothing to get scared over, it's nothing like this. Just make sure you don't get too much school supplies, you won't need it all!
