That teacher thing is absolutely true. I went to a small, rural school almost 10 years ago and even then the teachers all complained about parents acting like it was the teachers' fault their kid was failing. Oh God, I don't even want to know what it's like for them now!

Dimm, also, it's not the parent's job to shout at a teacher and treat them like dirt when the parent takes otherwise absolutely no interest in their child's learning process. If that's all they do to help, they're making the issue worse. Rather, the child should bring it up to the teacher when they're having an issue, and if the parent is involved, it should be to help bring the matter to the teacher's attention.

I went to high school from 2008-2012 Differences No Vlogging No Netflix original content No Ads on RU-vid. Phones were Smaller. Camera on Phones and early iPads SUCKED! A RU-vidr wasnt much of a thing. WiFi wasnt as big as it is. USB cord charging.

The joke is that the kids are the same bunch of "intolerable brats" as they always were, but in 2018 it's just way more technologically advanced. So, now they're annoying kids with smartphones and irritating ways of getting around assignments and badmouthing the teacher in charge. It's kinda funny because I was the one doing it!

I was in 6th grade in 2008. In highschool which was 2012ish to 2015. We never had our phones out in class, if we did we were hiding it and if we got caught they would taje our phone. Then after I finished 9th grade, I went into 10th grade and we had a bunch of pockets on the wall where we had to put our phones at the beginning of class. Smart kids brought a spare phone that they had to put inside. I put my phone in it because I wanted to graduate highschool. We did not blame our teachers for failing. We admitted it was our own faults. I can't imagine how kids in highschool even act now.
