I just love how the movie wants us to believe the manager is the villain when the mfs where playing around, having dates and overall slacking in the job they were paid to do. That Sharpay got. For them.

As someone who grew up with these movies, I love this video so much. Even as a kid I was aware of how cheesy the movies were but they were so entertaining anyway (plus the music and choreography absolutely slaps ngl)

100% agree. She and his brother has works so hard for the roles in the school theater but then got denied coz of that two characters who dont even want the roles in the first place.

The whole movie is "friends" of Troy pressuring him into doing what they want him to do instead of being supportive when he got the opportunity to get a scholarship
like in the first movie when his friends literally tricked him into saying that gabriela isn't important to him and filmed him in secret so they could show it to Gabriela and make them break up. Which they achieved. And Sharpay was supposed to be the villain.

My favorite part of the movie is just how genuinely confused Zac Efron looks through the whole thing, like he walked onto the wrong set and just let him in the movie
Plot line for all three movies: Gabriella and Troy sing, Gabriella thinks they're perfect, Troy pays attention to somebody or something else, she's crushed, sings a sad song. He's confused and usually sings an angry song. He apologizes, she refuses to believe him and leaves, final song comes and they're back together, never breaking up again. P.S. I'm a HSM fan

i think i read somewhere that the director of this film asked Zac to change the way he stood up after jumping off a rock in "Bet On It" to make it MORE dramatic, so honestly the chaos of this movie is understandable
Yes!!! They changed the choreo so that he’d pick up two handfuls of sand when he landed, hold them until juuuuust the right moment and BAM, throw the sand everywhere. Truly iconic.
