Unfortunately he doesn't works well on aoe fights since his kit are single target, I might do the boss stage on hazard in the future. but since the first boss is feilian, I can't fight it with him

Both are good, but the gun has the most unique passive since it buffs next character than the wielder. So it might works better if the wielder is a sub dps (ex: mortefi). For aalto, if we have another ranged aero dps, then 5* weap on him is really good as a sup dps (but for now, it just used for the stat)
