The Rheon Pastry Production Line is a stress free line to make quality laminated dough products like danish and croissant. The key to our system is the stress free reduction of the dough sheet after the layers have been added. Instead of compressing the dough sheet to reduce the thickness we stretch it maintaining the layered structure. This allows us to add less layers but still getting a higher oven jump. All this and the final product is much less costly to make and less greasy. The make-up section of the line is custom made based on your product specifications. We offer the world's fastest croissant moulder with speeds of 200 pieces per minute per row. This system is combined with a vision system to give you precise placement of the croissant tail position.
