Excellent video, so much to enjoy and learn the history on the pieces. I remember the carved cookoo clocks when we lived in Germany for 3 years many years ago. Love the French furniture from living in Belgium for several years and the Chinese influenced pieces from living in Singapore also. I absolutely love your videos it reminds me of my world travels, I could watch your videos for hours. Hope you are having a blessed memorial weekend.

I love how you highlighted different collections. Your knowledge of history and craftsmanship is amazing. I also appreciate the tips you share, for example, depression glass pairing well with the desert rose pattern and that it was a nun who originally designed Hummel’s. It is all so interesting!

OMG the Hummels - in the UK like Doulton figurines are now going for a fraction unfortunately since I am overseas I can't access for example Doulton lady figurines which used to retail for 150 pounds plus now go for 10 pounds!!

Unbelievable! I regret not buying some of the Hummels. While filming, I am often too distracted to make the best purchases. These figurines are actually still rather expensive in Germany. Hope to go back to Dallas this summer.

Have my Nan’s Royal Doulton children figurines which I ‘bought’ for her Birthday and/or Christmas presents when I was a little girl. They are not worth much these days but they are priceless to me - remember the thrill of buying them in Lawley’s China shop with strict instructions not to touch anything.

This place is remarkable! So many BEAUTIFUL things! My Aunt and Uncle, Marion and Troy, traveled to Britain and Europe for many summers to purchase things for her pretty gift shop on BobLo Island (Bois Blanc-so many French words are destroyed by English pronunciation in the Detroit area). Her shop was magical to me. Looking like an English cottage with a thatched roof and filled with china and crystal as well as other wonderful items and toys she had thought would appeal to children, it was simply my delight. This antique trip to with you reminds me so much of the lovely things I would see in their home. Treasured childhood memories.

Oh my goodness thank you for looking at the clock’s I am so obsessed with antique clock’s. I am saving for a long face (grandfather clock), round face for our home.
