Many of the artificial reef structures at Phil Foster Park were built by REEF CELLS, builders of engineered marine habitat.

Really cool area right off the beach for the snorkeling! We love their reefs!

They can work until thru don’t…If they leak it can be hard to get it off…Helped 4 different people in distress from those type of masks at Phil Foster and 3 others at different areas…
