I washed and twisted it back up our hair the same length

Do you put conditioner in it while it grows

aye bro im mixed and i got frizzy afro curls. I been doing the towel rub method for about 2 weeks but i been twisting anti-clockwise. I wanna know if its okay if i start twisting clockwise for about 2 weeks and then just freeform. I also been using the salt water spray to help my hair loc.
