This is so true ...company really matters..negetive people having low vibrational energy always try to destroy our positivity if we allow them to enter in our boundaries...i hv gone through this but then i realized and analysed myself and came out of it💛....now i learnt , we r the only ones who are responsible for our mental peace

Blessed to be born in your era, sister. Thank you very much for changing lives. Last one hour before sleep is listening to you. Feel so blessed. The words which i tell myself several times a day "I have a lot of time . Time has been very good to me" released so much pressure from my head. I felt so light the first day itself and that's when i realised how much pressure was built up in me just like a pressure cooker. Now i find myself enjoying every task I do through the day.
