I got very sleepy by the end of the video and started to fall asleep. It was like.. If you spend the night with 2 good friends while watching RU-vid videos together, but your too tired to stay awake. So your friends let you sleep as they enjoy their night. Its such a safe and happy feeling
I've been watching and following Wubby for a couple years now and this is the first I'm even hearing about the LSF subreddit, I had no idea it even existed, and if hes mentioned it before it was so inconsequential that I dont even remember. Anecdotal but I think people saying Wubby is obsessed LSF are probably projecting.
Idk man. He does mention it a lot. Especially recently. I've missed maybe 5 streams since mid 2018, and in the last 6 months he's mentioned it almost biweekly, and has gone on half-hour or longer rants atleast 3 times, so you must have missed those.
@@WCRoss0 don't put them down as if being deep into the cesspools of the internet is something to be proud of. Nurture their innocence, let them be happy!
It's funny the drama started because of Hello Fresh's union busting but isn't Twitch owned by Amazon? Literally the biggest union buster? If they don't support something solely because of the union busting why are they watching Twitch streams and ultimately supporting Amazon?
I remember back when LSF was genuinely a place to go see funny clips, but I watched it devolve into a cesspool. LSF is a hivemind that picks a new person every day to hate.
As a black woman I get very offended when white people try to tell me what I am offended by . Wubby is the most edgy person I watch . Yes he does throw a lot of race jokes But I feel like he makes it very clear that he Is actually making a joke.Nothing makes me matter than people who say they aren't racist but then display racist behavior. And without a doubt I can tell that he is not A racist. My mind is actually blown that hes even in this controversy. I feel like he is One of the most transparentContent creators I have ever watched
I love people that think like you. AMEN People thinking they have to hold black people (and other minority) through a joke like.. nah. we can laugh at ourselves too!
I know that people are always saying how much the stream helps them during hard times, but now I know how true it is. My dad had a stroke yesterday and is in critical care due to bleeding in his brain. It’s been a rough year with my mom in and out of the hospital due to the long term side affects of Covid. I Spent my time in the waiting rooms watching Wubby and Alex and it truly helps keep my brain from thinking negatively. I know the begging of stream was Wubby addressing drama, but I hope he knows how much he truly means to his fans and how much of a difference he’s making by putting smiles on people’s faces.
Ima keep it real w u bro I thought this was gon head towards a "grandma fingerings herself" joke, but I'm glad to see you're pushing thru a hard time mate
@@2darki He’s doing well! He’s recovered now. He has some memory issues related to the hemorrhage he had from the stroke. He’s getting better everyday though, and we’re grateful that he got a second chance at life :) thank you for asking 🙏🏼✨ Wubby7 🫡💚
People that see racism in every corner act pretty darn racist themselves. I’m Mexican and I enjoy wubby. Where is my white card with special privileges?
@@jeremiahbecker4063 you posted this comment like a day ago about your confidence and i thought it would be funny to call you ugly but youtube deleted the comment and here i am taking the fattest L of my life
1:15:42 I’m very left leaning/am associated with left leaning people (not actually sure about my political stance but I do share a lot of social beliefs) and he sums up how I feel perfectly. I don’t like everything he says and sometimes I think certain jokes are unfunny, but I recognize that he means no harm and that hes actually a good person. And also since he does say things that other people might not, it’s actually nice to have a change of pace from the other people I interact with since he handles different topics in a different way than other people I interact with. I’m able to recognize what jokes are funny and what jokes are too far, and I think Wubby is just a nice funny guy. I can’t believe people can twist his words into something that they obviously don’t mean
I got too distracted by chat spamming that the score was wrong. I tried to ignore but I’m weak. Did they ever fix it/address it or is it gonna bug me the entire time?
Whiteness is a mentality. I'm not surprised people are shocked by this since you only really see this really deep in academia. The characteristics of white people is a genetic mutations, white people did not always exist. Whiteness predated capitalism by 200 years and you can't define a white person. I had to teach bioethics this year and I actually did this as an example where I essentially let 200+ students submit their definition of what a white person is and we spent a class going through every definition. I had a student define white people as those with German and Slavic descent so I asked him does that imply white people didn't exist before those countries were formed? It was a really informative class likely because I'm half white half black/native. My fiancee is also white as snow and in medical school and having him explain the biological mutation of whiteness was super weird. It's a really fun conversation to have when people don't take it personal, problem is to argue that whiteness is founding race of clustered characteristics requires you to deny history. Denying history is significantly more radical than denying science. The term is called historical materialism which essentially means "working within history". For all history is concerned white people are just poorly adapted mutants who can't handle the sun since skin lightened when people migrated to cold climates. The issue is whiteness was founded on "pureness" from not being black. That is where the clustering of characteristics came from. What my class struggled with most was arguing for why asian people weren't considered white. The students loved it and it went over super well but the way whiteness was defined included asian people for the most part. And when you get so specific that only certain nose types couldn't be white but blonde blue eyed people possessed that nose you'd have to commit to them not being white when they very much are. Also, they couldn't figure out why Italians had to later been added in as white. The goal post of what "white" is is constantly moving and that why white being a race is a laughable position to a lot of academics. I teach logic which probably made the debate harder since my demands for consistency is a lot higher than most professors but it's a fun conversation to have. I've been called mentally white before, but I'm also half white haha. My fiancee is like white as paper and he's weirdly more passionate about the whole race thing than I am. I only care in relation to kids. Looking at Meghan Markle she's 25% black but she's not "pure enough" because of the black so being half black even if our kids are 75% white that 25% black will make them "unpure". And before people think this is ridiculous I want you to take a minute and ask yourself why you don't consider a half white person white but also assume their minority side. You have conditioning you're just not aware of it and that's okay. We work towards awareness not perfection.
