Funnily enough, I was just about to grab a 4 pack of San Miguel's from aldis after work earlier, but I felt this weird sense of 'impurity' like you said, so I opted for a meal deal instead lool. Great video mate!
@@JohnHamish22 Eat clean, whole meals. Avoid snacking. Avoid processed junk. Don't eat near bed. Learn about what's good for your gut bacteria. Fast once a week minimum. Meat, vegetables, and fruit are solid pillars, but listen to your body if you need more variety than that. I did.
