omg that was so crazy. my hands were resting on my knees and during the meditation my right hand started to feel super warm and i wasnt able to move my fingers, as if my hand was holding somebody elses hand and now my hand is super warm compared to the left one and went i started to come back to my present body i was able to move my arm and my fingers, that felt so powerful i dont understand what happened that just feels crazy

Please explain the use of the plural pronoun they when referring to ones higher self. I am familiar with the concept of higher self but this almost implies higher selves. Thank you in advance.
