❤ thankyou, I have a lot of stress in my life but I'm a recovering addict in a much more stable place, finally being able to allow myself love has lead me to meditate on a much deeper level, I was never sure what that felt like but its not something physical, it's a state of mind that brings you to your core comfort zone, sometimes it can bring peace and sometimes it can bring extreme happiness even in the darkest of times, the human brain is so fascinating and complex yet some things are so simple and they feel almost impossible. So it can feel like you are being pulled in all different directions when you could take that time kindly find the root of the problem, problems aren't solved without a solution, there are many solutions it depends who you are on which one works for you. Never assume you know your capabilities, peace and love

I saw this super bright golden white light during my meditation today. I had my eyes closed but it still made me wince and I had to look away. It felt like I was looking directly at the sun but this light was brighter.

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m going through an extremely difficult Kundalini Awakening...5 years in and no end in sight. I have addiction issues too. And where I live and who I’m with is addiction too. All the energy comes to me...dark, light, confused, lost......it’s a constant influx and I’m just keeping my head above water with yoga. But whenever I try to stop the substance, I become severely depressed bc I’m attracting low vibrations. My meditations are different. I’m in the astral plane of my own mind and body. And I have to try and either heal he spirits who come to me with YIN energy or ask them to leave. But I’m literally the Auroborous. It’s like bc the vibration I’m in is so low, it’s making it impossible to quit. I don’t know how this will be solved, but I can’t give up. Once the cork is popped, there is no returning it. I had a spontaneous awakening so I didn’t even know what was happening to me at first. Your videos are helping me. There’s a store near me bu that are selling the bowls like you have for $300. Crazy. Anyway I clicked on your video at the exact time I needed to hear that message. Thank you and thank you to the divine that helps me through this every single day.

I'm becoming almost addicted to your videos, the sound is so undescribable to me it's so beautiful, calming and sounds almost otherworldly to me. I've had a Life full depression and addiction which I am definitely not proud of I've been clean off street drugs for about 9 years now and although I don't abuse certain tablets anymore, I am reliant on them I want to get off them and I will but I'm worried about the fitting and stuff I went through last time. Yesterday I stumbled across one channel I I'm not subscribed to and did not know it was there, where you were doing more interactive things with people and I found out you're basically a shaman and in one of your videos on this channel I ask question about the possibility of you being a starseed or similar lol I know this is long but so much of your work and other stuff resonates with me. Been on the path searching for so Long. My true awakening started only 2 years ago but when I was much younger and threw a lot of years of my drug taking also I used to have what they call sleep paralysis ALL the time and it was so scary it was like evil trying to suck my soul out as one night I got into bed with my son who was quite young at the time, and then the same thing happens to him once we both fell asleep. so possibility it's scientific is bs because obviously I had not explained to him what had happened to me only that's I was a bit scared as mummy has had a bad dream. So many other stories like this. I've signed up with your email thing I just wish I could ask you a few questions. I I'm starting to decalcify my penal gland. From a very young child to much older,somany Strange Experiences most of them terrifying if I'm honest but now I understand a lot more but I don't really have what I used to. Anyway apologise this is so long I literally just woke up and this was playing I'd never seen the addiction one before. My story is similar to yours except I had the OBE first and it did change my life, but I still had much trouble with addiction, depression and anxiety. I am sober from alcohol for a couple years now and have picked up where I left off basically in terms of self discovery, persuit of higher knowledge & wisdom. Truth seeker. I am the observer.

Bc im a nerd and researcher. What hz is this to treat addiction? Chakra focus? Im interested in the metaphysical workings w this one. Its nice to know these things vs buzz sounds slapped on with an effective random outcome. If this is addiction based this should do at least 1 of 2 things- mend your traumas and balance your dopamine cravings (the addiction chemical in the brain)
