Reminds me very much of the Mueller neighborhood in Austin, Texas - which was the city's former airport/airfield. Complete new mixed use/dense neighborhood. Was really excited about the rowhouses here, but really sad that current architecture is so flat. Would be nice if architects would incorporate more shapes into buildings - bay windows, turrets, recessed windows, more architectural details.....

I like the parkland but the apartment buildings are so bland and uniform looking, not to mention they are far too expensive for anyone who lives in the city.
