Is this location better or North Sky? Which one will have more appreciation?

I think this is a better location. North sky I think is good right now if you are trying to stay within a certain budget and wanting a big lot on like 65’

Closer to the Costco and off of Collin county outer loop which will cut down on commute times to the McKinney area and 75 highway. North sky will still be a good location once the Dallas north tollway goes out that far but I can’t see that happening till around 2028-2030

What do you think will be the best community in Celina. I like Legacy Hills but the builders there are kinda trash. Thoughts??

@@Lovethehustle I’ve mentioned this before on some of my previous videos and livestreams but yes I’m not the biggest fan of the builders that are going into to there
