Idk the details so someone else can fill the gaps. They left Cube Entertainment (the company they were working under) and created their own new group called Highlight. Hyunseung is not part of Highlight as well. Cube owns the rights to 'Beast' so they can't use it.

did u feel us there still several songs from beast group they can sing it cause junhyung who is one of the songwriter and composer in their previous group,they get the royalty to sing the song as well even they are highlight now 😊 as we know junhyung also contribute for the group song in beast so yeah
