Recently I went back to hunting mirrors and locks but with even more stakes, adding multiple delirium orbs and replacing the Influencing Scarab of Hordes with a Glittering Scarab. Now the investment cost per map is roughly 5 divines with a bigger focus on pack size & currency rolls. This map spawned a Wildwood, resulting in a 13k blue-heavy wisp spread (plus 4k from the scarabs). More testing should be done, but this was an impressive display of currency dropped from one map. Perhaps the ghost of Affliction league is something after all.
Oh yeah, and I finally swapped from Elemental Hit to Tornado Shot. Still Warden, though. It's pretty good too with enough mirrors.

Honestly the most likely culprit for why you were seeing such major differences is the glittering scarab. I'm a kind of casual player but I've been throwing that on my T17 maps for basically any strat I do because it seemed so insane for the price. It was waaaay too cheap for what it offered (the only way to get player quantity I believe, and a whopping 100% at that). I hesitated to even make this comment because I'd rather not encourage more people to buy them and have the price go up, but I think it's pretty OP and I notice far more high tier currency drops when I run with that scarab. I did just check in-game and saw it's up to almost 2 div per scarab which seems a bit more appropriate (though honestly their true value is probably higher). I was buying them for like 1.2-1.5 div for quite awhile. I wonder if this video already had an effect on the price?

Same strat as the magic influenced pack size strat. So very similar to this one. Wildwood wasn't present just wisp scarabs at that time.

And here i am , 78 sacred orbs in(i dont pick up sacred orbs from boat to not mess up the count) . Still no mirrors but a single duped hinekora. I need some luck please ...

Wisps might be rigging the ratios favorable. So I don’t know if that’s a factor for you.

@@snoobae8553 i was doing strongboxes earlier on in the league , but i am doing the same strat you are doing in that video right now . I was there in affliction, so i'm comfortable with the wildwood layout. In fact i am under the impression it is easier to get 10+ k whisps in wildwood than in affliction (maybe because t17) but anyway im doing juiced whisps too , and i have had maps where i dropped like you in that showcase. But i never , ever drop something rarer than a divine or box...

Ahaha nice to see a mirror drop to someone who grinds so much, instead of just being "lucky". Following from the last video's comment, I genuinely believe that the whole community data regarding sacred:mirror drop rates was heavily biased from affliciton league wisps.

I’m trying to farm apothecary’s with your pilfer strat but haven’t gotten any from multiple bosses empowered by 900+ cards, are rhere any cards that would drop more often which I could exchange for lots of divine orbs?
