I'm not even very tech savvy and I could set it up. Plus it could actually make money for the MLS. "Let's take a look at the GoPro goal line cam" It's honestly pathetic that this hasn't happened yet. That being said this game was well refed. With both close calls we are talking about centimeters. Also with the offside. Back in the 90s offside was based on the torso this BS of your pinkie finger or big toe being offside is absolute trash. One of the worst changes to the game in all the history of the sport.

@@TheDuravida For one disputed call of this kind in what, 5 years (since before VAR, I think), I don't think the $500 is even cost-effective, much less the cost of an additional video feed to the broadcast board (there are already cameras in every stadium that they don't include). It would be more likely that someone shoots for goal and it hits the goalpost cam and bounces out.

I am a Sounders fan and he does look offside to me. However, I find it ridiculous that this is the only camera angle available. Even in the game, they didn't show a different angle. The problem is you can't see the left foot of the defender on the far side. It's possible that's keeping Morris on. Since the AR called it onside on the field (and, in theory had a view down the line), then I can't see VAR overturning it...but yeah, I agree, he looks offside from what we can see.

The no goal on the save was a fine call. The ball was even with the post. There is no way the entire ball was all the way over the line. However, I still think the first goal was offside. They never showed a good angle on it but it sure looked like Morris was off at the time of the kick when I paused the video. But without a camera angle from perpendicular to the field closer to the end line it's impossible to be sure.

You’re joking right?😂 dawg he was standing on the line with his hand next to his body- not behind. Also you can see the hand is pretty dead even with the post. To top it all off- goal line technology is never wrong. There’s literally a sensor in the ball

I'm still trying to figure out why Nouhou was being ushered off the pitch after Rusnak's goal. He clearly came back on, so I'm assuming a trainer came out to look at him, which is something we'd know if only MLS would send broadcasters to the actual stadiums instead of having them do the call from the video feed.
