@@mikehunt6511 Could have easily been 2 tries 1 missed conversion, also a yellow card. For those that didn't get to watch the game it's quite a jarring change. Adding the kicks and yellow card offence would maybe expand the highlights to at max a 6 minute long video, i don't see why they should be left out when it just shows the flow of the game in a far better light.
Honestly looked like the Australians gave up. Yes score a few but on defence you see players jogging to the attacker.. hope they fix their attitudes and fitness
Not gonna lie, France are so exciting to watch! That being said, they did give away some soft tries and against the likes of South Africa & New Zealand they can't afford to have lapses in concentration. Other than that, the French were superb👌
@@france4me117 I hope I'm wrong:) But seriously after seeing the way South Africa manhandled us up front, French forwards will do the same. Plus to add to that, the french play a much faster and unpredictable game compared to the Springboks
Inconsistency used to be the norm. But that's been three years that the French team is over it. On the best day, they play the best rugby on the planet, and and the worse day, they are still pretty good. I can't see this team losing the world cup
@@noopinsajjatong6920 I've never seen anything as ignorant as laughing emojis at the All Blacks. Must be new to rugby. The All Blacks have a superior win ratio over all international teams. At the Rugby World Cup, and outside of it. But... The French are definitely the All Blacks bogie team at world cups. They have knocked the mighty All Blacks out twice. France have been in three Rugby World Cup finals. In 2011 in NZ, they lost the final to the All Blacks by one solitary point. This is gonna be epic.
France look very good heading into this World Cup, but we could see a big shock on the other side of the draw, as Australia, England and Wales all look very poor.
@jeanllup6150 mouarf we gave you the civilisation and the most complex words in your language. And look what you’ve done with it… Everything is a market even health and education…. barbarians my a@@
2011 was a nightmare , 1995 semi final france was supposed to reach the final, but the stakes took over. BTW, australia didn 't give up and have good players, hope the best for them for the futur
These guys came up together from u20s and winning that world cup. Now theyre finally together for the mens world cup. France have developed an unreal system to get to where they are now. They should cash in with thr goods this world cup. Lets see if these lads dont succumb to the hometown pressure.
Regardless of which hemisphere tops their groups my gut says, Ireland v New Zealand and France v South Africa will be the qtr finals *coming from groups A and B. **Edit for the gobshites
@@notthisprickagain8499it’s not unfortunately mate. This ABs team gives me vibes of the 1999 team. They were a paper tiger and the 2023 variant are pretty much the same. Maybe 4 years from now they’ll be a big threat. But at the moment, they have been exposed and big time to. I hope I’m wrong.
Y a juste barnes 😂😂 sinon j’aime bien l’arbitre sud africain peppers (qui va arbitrer france - all blacks )
I can't help but think that last try by Australia the player was way in front of the kicker. He had enough time for a picnic before he caught the ball & dotted it down. )
Seriously SA and NZ fans are disrespecting the other 18 nations attending the RWC.Its not the SA or NZ rugby WC.Its the RWC.Shame and karma on SA and NZ.Good luck to France and Ireland and I hope one of them win the cup.For the good of the game we need a new winner to keep people interested in Rugby.Lets hope SA and NZ bomb out so someone else can win it.
Wow! That last Australian try was extremely close to being scored from a player in an offside position. Must have been a 50/50 call, but the number 11 looked like he was in front of the scrumhalf when the ball was kicked. Wouldn''t have changed the final result anyway............
What a statement by 🇫🇷 France... Australia have been playing the same unimproved style for a couple of years now...don't really see them having a real shot at the WC playing the way they are...
Nice win and valiant effort for the Wallabies. How different the game may of turned out had Carter Gordon made his goal kicks. He alone, lost the much needed momentum Aussie needed to win this game. France are surely beatable and even if they win against NZ in game 1 they will not take home the trophy. France have faced the ABs in 2 World Cup finals and lost both games. History wl repeat itself 2023.
Not history but cheating won't be repeated... here in France we'll always remember the final stolen in 2011 with the help of the South African referee, Mr Joubert...
@@brunodesbergesdarz and the world will remember how you stole the quarter against New Zealand (two forward passes that looked like NFL) with the help of your French speaking buddy Wayne le Barnes ;-) Yesterday looked a bit similar as well, France has a great team but not as good as you think.
Dude, where you see two forward passes, the world, as you say, saw two flat passes... nothing to do with joubert's in-house refereeing in 2011 who throughout the match deliberately turned a blind eye to ABS fouls; it's the biggest scandal the rugby world can remember... What’s going on with the highlight editing? The score is 7-5 then 2 seconds later it’s 19-5. Probably some pretty important information being skipped out
I think the score doesn't reflect some really concerning issues from our french side. Just shows how bad Australia has been playing. If we do that against the likes of South Africa, Ireland or NZ, it won't be the same outcome.
Aus will hammer Eng - but won’t do much more than that. They probably don’t care. France looking good. However, the Boks are my favourites - even though I’m biased.
I dont care what anyone says , but in my opinion Eddie made the right call bringing in a lot of young players for this world cup . He isnt looking to win this one he is looking at the next world cup , when all those young players have the experience that is needed
Australia looked ok when they held onto the ball and didn't give away any penalties. That being said, Carter Gordon definitely needs help in front of the sticks.
The Boks, France and Ireland. France having home advantage will be massive but I think Ireland look incredibly disciplined and clever. Going be an awesome tournament it's just a pity the best teams are on same side of draw.
@@dylanevans1901 a little more interesting though than clowns in black who spend half the game in their 5 meters, to end up with 7 points at the end of the game it's just a game to warm up... See u soon in the same stadium
Jesus, it's unbelievable the teams that won't make it through to the final. What a ridiculous draw. Whoever on this side of the draw gets to the final will be battered. 😮
Please please please persist with Vunivalu, still far from the finished product, but can see something in him. Wish Marky Mark played in the 2010 Wallas.
Yup, the refs had a terrible game. There are a lot of comments on here about how good the French were but they were offsides at numerous rucks, a couple of forward passes and entering from side on nearly every breakdown. I don't support either team but France will not be given such a pie eyed ref and completely absent video ref in all their games.
Don't forget all the top tier teams would of been giving their wider squad team members a taste of test rugby and the coaches will still be trying a few tactics before the start of the world cup
Some lovely running rugby by France......................the Wallabies in a world of pain coming into this world cup! Too many holes to plug in a few weeks!
Some serious old school french rugby flare in that game. But also some terrible defending . Guessing maybe this is down to people not wanting to get injured? 🤷♂️
@@brunodesbergesdarz. Agreed . Bizarre open try for oz based on not man marking though. But think this french team could be devastating this World Cup. As a England fan there are a lot of teams heading into this cup with much better form and style than us.🤦♂️
Honestly, we might as well go home if the Wallabies are going to play like that. Where was the effort ?? Yes, France deserved to win today but there were some easy Try’s let in by the team today.
