the video I just watched said they would be in production in 2022, if they keep at it, having a standardized safe production model will be closer to 2030 but I believe it will be a good product, although most likely breaking the million-dollar mark by then

Buy don't rent the facility - don't skip the tooling quality (What else are you skipping?) A flying prototype #1 - or you are just spinning your wheels. How can you preflight with everything covered?

Slowly, I'm sure they will incorporate more automation into production, but for now, it's too expensive to build the assembly line before the prototype is approved

Mr. Hill, PLEASE STOP making the "uh" and 'uhhhh" noise when you speak. If you will apply the self-discipline to do that, you will be significantly more credible!!
