100% agree, though Japan and S.Korea don’t really surprise me much anymore when I hear about them playing hockey. Korea’s climate is pretty similar to my home State of Michigan. And it’s not uncommon for high schools to have hockey teams in Japan, particularly in Hokkaido. It’s hearing about nations like the Philippines having success in hockey that surprise me. The Kenya Ice Lions are another good story.
Old man Fukufuji's still got it. The team started slow, but he kept them close enough to let them tie it three times and eventually pull ahead for the win. I wonder when he'll retire, and if he's interested in moving to a coaching position afterward. He's definitely a legend of Japanese hockey, but he can't play forever, only Jaromír Jágr can do that.
Why is Korea's game not being broadcast live? I don't understand that even the game against Hungary was deleted again. Does a channel run by a sports association, which should be fairer than anyone else, post and operate even videos biased? I hope we see everything, not the highlight game
