I agree with the part of being comfortable in their own neighborhood, they truly need to venture within or out of the continent and they also need to have time to gel together. Pls also take regional tournaments seriously such as COSAFA. They are building blocks to build good teams hence why see Namibia, Comoros, Lesotho, Madagascar and Botswana doing well.

There are players I've seen playing in the park who should be playing in Europe but for a lack of adequate scouting and corruption by coaches and football clubs. South Africans hit & hope in front of goal. there is no technique whatsoever. this is witnessed in the league. we've seen the league laps 3 years without a single player scoring a hatrick. there are mid players in Europe that score more goals than an entire team in a season.
