TIbo saved us multiple times. Rodrigo and Vini played amazingly. Carvajal went back to his form. Great great stuff. Fede was running all over the pitch. Casmiro, Kroos, and Modric really played greatly as usual. Nacho + Militao played with great focus and concentration and they defended like warriors. We have true champions in our team. No entiendo las crónicas que se han hecho del partido dando a entender de que el Real Madrid fue inferior en la mayor parte del tiempo. El Real Madrid tuvo en la primera parte parte cuatro ocasiones de gol (Benzema dos, Vinicius una y Kroos otra) por una del Manchester City (B. Silva). La primera de Benzema, rematando completamente solo sin que nadie le estorbara a excelente centro de Carvajal que se le fue excesivamente alto, es raro verle fallar. Nada más iniciarse la segunda parte, Vinicius marró una clara ocasión de gol. Posiblemente la más clara de todo el partido. La fortuna que le faltó en esas ocasiones, se alió después gracias a este chaval que es un prodigio cara al gol: Rodrygo. Es un rematador nato. Excelente con ambas piernas, en cualquier posición y también de cabeza. Tiene un talento natural para el desmarque, disparar al mejor lado y engañar a los contrarios incluido el portero. También sus disparos de falta o de fuera del área son muy buenos. Se habla mucho de Mbappé pero Rodrygo como goleador y pasador puede marcar época. No olvidemos que sólo tiene 19 años pero el potencial que tiene es inmenso. Lo veo incluso más decisivo que Vinicius puesto que tiene un temple y una frialdad que le falta a su compatriota en los últimos metros que son los decisivos: pase o tiro a puerta. Creo que es cuestión de carácter. Otro rasgo de su personalidad es su implicación en el juego tanto defensivo como ofensivo. Tiene espíritu de luchador. Lo que le falta a Asensio.
