Congrats to Samoa for the amazing job against Fiji. The first team to ever do something like this against Fiji. This team is special in the making, to beat number 5,2 and 1 and come from 20 points down against Fiji is amazing. Self belief, determination, and a never giving up attitude did it for them. The coaching staff should be very proud of themselves.

It looked like the Samoan team was going to be consistent for a while. Then we lost players to European clubs, and mistakenly dismissed a great coach to acquire a legendary coach who has probably lost his touch. To this day, Samoa is still struggling to be consistent.
One of the great 7s wins for Samoa,.if they kept playing with the same mentally of the way they in this tournament,.they would be a formidable force of 7s rugby,.unfortunately performances like this this from Samoa, comes every 4 to 5 years..this was their best game 4me in a Samoan 7s final,..because defense won the game 4 them after it was Game Onnn! That's how much they wanted it!,I loved this win!
