The previous "owner" didn't get it at all; ITFC is an integral part of the local community. As for the performance against Stoke, watch the passage of play leading to Jackson's goal. Wonderful stuff. Just like League 1 the Championship is a long campaign and there are bound to be occasional blips. We've got a strong squad and a very capable manager and should be ok. I say this because it's been some time since we lost a league game; it will happen again, but not just yet I hope.
Ipswich have certainly upped their game this season KM has got us playing such beautiful football it's great to be top of the league. I'm sure the boys will only get better I'm so proud of the players and Manager and everyone connected. Have supported Ipswich since 1976 and the way they play makes me excited and dream stupid things like we're going to win that and that but I don't care I love this club and we are on the up and up. .
I've waited 21 years for us to be competitive again. Shortly before I move to the US in 2000, we got back into the prem. I went down to the offy with my punch top on and told the person at the counter, we were back in the prem. After I moved over here I managed to se a couple of matches on the telly and then we dropped again. I used to be able to listen to live commentary from Radio Suffolk for free but then the money grabbers came in and nix it. I did watch town on I follow until they went down to League 1. I wasn't paying that sort of money for league 1 matches. Here's to a successful season lads!

It was one of those games that last season Ipswich were dropping valuable points. I'm not sure about Donancien & Hladky but as things stand I can't blame them for anything yet. Ref was mad. How is it possible that Town end up with 3 yellow cards and Stoke with only one? Look, Stoke player hacks Luongo from behind on the edge of area and it's just a free kick. Another set piece goal and another low cross goal. Burns improved that part of his game.
Why English TV is so obsessed with showing how both teams walk out on the pitch and final whistle. Is it really so important to show it in highlights? I don't think so. It's so deep in English football TV culture that even Football Manager series show unimportant moments when you pick up "key highlights". I guess they like to waste our precious time.
