@@FifyTheurn oh absolutely, countach would be a great 50% reward for one of the weeks, with returning cars like the iroc-z being great as a reward for one of the championships ideally, like how it used to work in FH4
I think the Retrowave season is going to have the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary, the pre-facelift Ferrari Testarossa, the De Tomaso Pantera GT5-S, and a Back to the Future bodykit for the Delorean DMC-12. I doubt any of this will come, but it would be cool if it does.

Congrats on making the featured EventLab list for the month, Hoki. Big props to you and your growth as a builder :) Also, I've been wanting GT3 cars back in Horizon since launch and I'm so psyched. Hopefully, the addition of the Elantra N TCR means they'll release the street version of the car soon. Fingers crossed!
I dunno how they do it and the car pack is lit. I laughed there mostly from Forza Motorsport but I ain’t complaining and some great events this month and next month too with new radio yes please let’s go! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤
i think that xbox studios started to focus in fh5 this much because they want to add it to all platform instead of being only exclusive xbox/windows game so its very good for us (fh5 lovers) and its makes the game more and more addictive and fun and i think if they keep imroving it with this tone of ideas it will be no#1 cars game in all of the market so well done developers and thanks for your big efforts and thanks hokihoshi for this great content 😊💗
I play on a steering wheel, and all the eventlabs on custom roads always felt awful to drive because of the ffb reacting to the unnatural road surface, so this roads update is even better than the previous eventlab update for me.
This one’s probably going to be one of the best smaller season in FH5. A lot of these cars I can see myself driving later on in this games life which I can’t say for others. Also please have the new radio station be some Synthwave I would listen to it nonstop
Yeah, same for me. This is the most excited I've been for a Forza update in a long time. Glad to see more racecars, especially gt3 and gte in the game.
FM8 is cracked and pirated less than 3 months after it was released which removed the online only and as a bonus you get the game for free @@_baucooperativosocial_
I really dig this one, that Lancer Time Attack is easily one of my favourite additions to the game. I don't even care if it's uncompetitive but ever since the HKS CT230R in FM4 I've wanted another Lancer. The Pro Stock is going to be very interesting and I'm wondering if it's going to be banned from Open Racing lol I also wouldn't be surprised to have an entire grid of Elantras for HTCC, nobody going to want to play with the MG or Lynk now 😂 Unfortunate for people who aren't into race cars as there's nothing else but personally I'm pretty happy. The Car Pack is also a surprise as I didn't think they'd retread FH3 again but I'm glad they did. Really glad to see the E-Ray added to the basegame and Autoshow, I can now finally get a duplicate to keep purist. I'm super hyped for Retrowave too, so much potential there.
Actually the reason these updates are full of content is because the priority is being equally split between fh5 and the sequel instead of fh6 getting most of the development attention. The devs even heavily alluded to the fact that fh6 is still a long ways off
While I'm happy people are happy about this update, I wish players would stop only using criticisms when its convenient. If you wanna rip on copypasting you should'nt turn around and be fine with it when the cars are cool to you.

In FH5 I have like 17 cars improvised to look like a GT3, even on some cars that weren't meant to be since I'm quite a sim-racer. But now, Imma reinstall FH5 and just enjoy what this new series update has to offer. ^^
Love that we get some tarmac racecars. Then we finally can have a rally vs racing grids with Works cars. Fingers crossed on the Nissan R30 supersilhuette comming to FH5 in the future. And joining this will be the Liberty walk ER34 kit. THAT would be so great.
Never have I ever been hyped about an update in FH5 - until now. Now I am fricking hyped. Not only for the racey-stuff we get, but also for the foreseeable future update. Retrowave? Yee-haw, count me in. The road-props will help content creaters like you, Hoki, a lot and I am fairly hyped about seeing those props in action sooner or later. Yes baby, let's go! :D
While we struggle with player retention in our Racing League because no one wants to play Motorsport. Meanwhile PGG killing it with updates! Who ever is in charge of the Motorsport franchise should be fired.
This car pack is cool and all.... but is now $60 of dlc ON TOP of the $100 premium edition... that is a whole new game, but nothing acctually comes with it.
I'm so happy about finally getting those proper road surfaces for event lab!! I'm not a creator/builder myself, but this makes it so much more interesting to play imho, gives even more possibilities to make more realistic feeling and looking tracks/events. Specially the feeling part, the previous surfaces didn't always feel right in the traction department and not always easy to make it smooth.
First of all this update is amazing, secondly for the retro wave update I'd love to see the detomaso pantera come back from motorsport 4 or the gts version with the big rear wing, the ciezzetta v16t, the lotus esprit turbo the Giugiaro designed one, the vector w8 or w12 and the hyundai n 74 vision concept i feel these would be perfect honestly.
The only thing I really hate about forza is how all the car sounds are so bland and boring … wish we could get bigger flames , louder exhaust sounds, better turbo sounds , better engine sounds . They just don’t sound like anything in real life
Still no mid range muscle car update 😥 Where is the I4, V6 Mustangs, Cameros, Chargers&Challengers, as well as the Hyundai Elantra N, Kia Stinger, etc.....this game is really sad without them imo
They gotta put these cars into Horizon since no one gives a single shit about Motorsport anymore for it to generate profit. Now if I can get my Toyota GT One and my 787B I'll be as happy as a clam!
Big fan… a racer who is playing FH5 and Motorsport 2023, the addition of the new cars is brilliant and much needed. Not everyone is a “drift driver “… racing as it should be. Congratulations on the addition of your event lab to the new series update. I could “see your face “ when you name was mentioned in the Forza update briefing. I’ve played Forza for almost a decade. Is the new Forza good enough to justify buying a next gen console? I’ve heard different stories on RU-vid and I don’t want to waste the money.
@@kevinmenard6792if you mean the most recent Motorsport title then no. The updates have been rather lacklustre, the game has many issues including awful copy and paste car sounds, missing tracks and content wise it is inferior to previous titles. It would be a waste of money as of now. Also a bunch of customization and accessibilty options that have since been implemented in the horizon franchise are missing as well. This is barely even scratching the surface when it comes to the issues with the game.
@@kevinmenard6792on the positive note the tracks look much nicer and we finally have 3d tree models. The physics engine is by far the greatest improvement over the previous titles. Cars feel much more responsive and better to drive. FOV slider is also a welcome addition. Also I forgot to mention that some of the car models are still outdated and have not been updated since the xbox 360 era and the car levelling system was an awful feature. It has undergone multiple adjustments tho.
I have an idea : with the new updated road surfaces someone need to replicate Macau 🇲🇴 for the people who don’t know it’s a technical street circuit legendary moments happened on it
Finally they adding race track props to the game so now it's a matter of time people start doing some cool proper race tracks. Gonna be fun to play around with it.
I really hate how they're recycling cars from Motorsport and making it paid content. I think it's high time for Forza to make ultimate edition actually include ALL dlc instead of just 6 car packs.
Why would they do that? It never said in the description of ultimate that future car packs would be included. What was said was given, and this is extra. They're in their right to charge for something that isn't included.
Retrowave??? lol wow, I hope they have one of the new Justice tracks on that radio station. I can picture that. And maybe a return from Anna Yvette from fh4. She was a very small producer who had her song put into the game, she then made a forza horizon inspired track called Redline, and a few fans of her were very upset she wasn't featured in FH5. She makes very retro wavey stuff. I'd also love some Kavinsky tracks too. Also the thought of the N-vision being in game is awesome.

I’m really quite excited let’s go !! Maybe now I’ll try my hand at Event Lab creation but I’m worried I won’t make anything amazing😢 Building things requires geometric knowledge beyond the basics spacing and creativity. My math related learning disability makes things like Legos open world zones so many things difficult to create or navigate 😢 Dyscalculia is what it’s known as.
Lets just hope this season isn't shit like the last one, none of the cars were earnable in the last season. Lets hope these cars are actually earnable and not locked behind impossible to complete challenges and are easy to earn
This is ridiculous... fh5 is boring and awful racing wise but they added so many cool cars and now that evo meanwhile we get like 2 or 3 actually new cars in the latest fm update... as a mostly forza motorsport player i feel ignored like Badly

Yes you have more options to build easier different things doesn't mean the editor is working how it should be. +most people care about the cars cause they never build a thing in forza so they gave a niche group a niche thing (speaking of the cars and the editor update)
