Yes it creeps up now and then. Deep breathing is tremendously helpful once I notice that's what is happening. Note to self: More mindfulness is needed.

You know what I realized this week? I didn't sleep enough one night last week and EVERYTHING felt even more intense the next day. It was like a sensory hangover :(
