23:36 I’ve never taken LSD or anything even remotely close to a hallucinogen, but does it commonly cause uncontrollable dancing fits that go on for weeks? From what I have heard of what tripping is like, you would think if it was an LSD-like substance that they would’ve been too freaked out to do anything let alone dance.
Have you seen video footage of Woodstock? Or an old Grateful Dead concert? Different people are affected different ways, and small differences between the chemicals can have big differences on their effects.

The Republicans spent twenty years assassinating her character to the point that the only candidate she had any chance of defeating was Trump and that would have required a better campaign than she ran. Even then he only won because of the arcane stupidity of the US electoral system.
