Amazing, music was very elevating. Used this to do a full body workout Burpees Push-up + shoulder touches Bicycle crunches Jump squats Mountain Climbers Flutterkicks Jumping Jacks Lunges x2 I’m absolutely exhausted, thanks a bunch for the video, it kept me going! 💪

Bonjour Shiby Bonnie! Ne perds pas ta motivation! Et ne te frustre pas non plus, tu peux te faire plaisir de temps en temps! :) Si tu veux perdre du poids, on te conseille de faire des exercices cardio : sprint, Burpees, Jumping jack, mountain climbers, montée de genoux, squats dynamiques, fentes dynamiques etc tout ce qui fait montée le coeur ! Tu éviteras donc tout ce qui est purement musculaire (squats, pompes etc). En espérant que tu continueras!

@@tabatamaniahiitworkout-tab3578 Merci beaucoup pour vos conseils 😂 Ne vous inquiétez pas c'était purement de l'humour, j'aime beaucoup vos musiques et en particulier celle ci ! C'est notre petit défi de faire 2x 8minutes de sport par jour avec une amie, et on le fait dans la bonne humeur ! Cependant pour tout les exercices recommandés je me renseignerais car je n'en connais à peine 50% mais je prend note pour le cardio ! Merci beaucoup de votre réponse et dsl du dérangement 😂😅

Ahah! Je n'avais pas capté l'humour! :D Les fruits c'est la vie! Un petit déjeuner avec fruits (banane, pomme kiwi, orange ..) avec fruits sec (raisin sec, abricots..), graines (lin, courge, tournesol..) et des amandes, noisettes, cajou (les graine et les noix peuvent être trempées avant, pour faire ressortir les vitamines) .. possible d'ajouter aussi différentes huiles. Les fruits permettent l'assimilation des oléagineux, bons pour la santé et les muscles. Matinée énergique pour un training du tonnerre quelques heure après! ;) Uper pour les 2x8 minutes! Pas besoin de plus si vous le faites à fond! Pensez à bien vous échauffer c'est important (il y a des vidéos Warm up sur la chaîne si jamais ^^ ) Sinon sur les exos nous ne sommes pas experts et il y en a plein d'autres! A très vite! Oui j'ai une personne de mon entourage naturopathe qui m'en a appris sur les graines et puisque j'aime les fruits de base alors c'est nickel ! Merci pour vos encouragements ! Je pense que je vais continuer le sport ça fait du bien 😁 Même si ce soir... je mange vraiment pizza !😂

Hi Fred. Where do you see advertising in the middle of the video? We don't do such thing. Would make no sense to do that. By the way, Advertising in the middle is only available for 10min long videos. So, the add don't come from us.

Hi Fred! Your comment help us to realize that RU-vid change automaticaly his rules about 10 minutes long videos, for 8 minutes. And they put midroll add inside every video, without asking!! We changed of course and we thank you for that !! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
