Pile 1 & 2. When I have difficult times in my own life I face them on my own as much as I can. I never had a shoulder to cry on, I mean I tried crying on shoulders but it didn't do anything for me the same way as basically toughing it out and doing what was needed. I guess not everyone is the same. I know I've been uncompromising but that's been my way of giving my best, the way I saw it in the moment. I really have to process my pain and hurt at this time before any forgiveness can come with true honesty.

It's not normally like me at all to be this unforgiving, I'm normally very upbeat but the hurt and rejection definitely touched on some extremely deep insecurities that... I know they're there... but...! Lately talking to my stiff muscles and telling them that I'm here and I won't leave has been incredibly calming, amazing what we can stumble on that works ❤❤❤ thanks for your work here 💟💟💟💟

Okay I’m not kidding, this felt like a personal reading. Remember how we were just conversing yesterday about this?? Hahahah he made SURE he came through today!! ALL 4 PILES? @@prairievintage thank you! I also just want to add that I’m not purposefully going no contact with him to make him suffer and not offer him the support he needs. I actually tried very hard to be there for him and be the friend he needs but he kept pushing me away. Every time we would come back together, he would cut it all off the literal next day and say he can’t do it anymore. I fought so hard to not prove him right in that everyone ends up leaving him but what am I supposed to do when he just sabotages everything every single time? I’m not going to keep begging for someone to love me and for them to love themselves too. Okay now I’m done, sorry I’m treating this as an extended part of my journal! You’re really healing a lot in me rn!
Your energy is resisting and it is hurting. No need to make him do anything. Monitor your energy. Its all about energy. Being there energetically open, you have conditions and healing to do. Focus on this.

Ive been told to offer help to this person with his trauma and depression, but in order for me to get through, he has to be sober, which is hard to come by with him. If I may @phoenixreborn1111 I've gone through the journey of getting sober. I also know of my Nana's journey with my granddad who died of alcoholism. She was always taking him back and he always relapsed, in the end he abandoned her and their four kids and died of that disease. But their love was so true. They're coming through strong to me today so maybe you need this message? In my journey of recovery we were told that we should have two years sober before we should have a relationship. I think it's a good rule. You can be a friend- but I would suggest you go to Al-Anon as well to support yourself and help you with the skills and support to manage this drinker. We do recover, I was a flat out complete alcoholic and I've had almost nine years sober now. But it does take work and time and I definitely wouldn't take someone deep into your energy as a lover until they had strong recovery. But maybe the main message is love is pure and strong, even if horrible addictions cloud it.
@@prairievintage i haven’t run into them in a while and i used to get confused interacting with them bec i always felt anxiety from them even though they seem very confident on the surface. like i never see through anyone like i see through them. it really triggered me and i freaked out which contributed to the current separation

intuition is very calming and matter of fact, quiet and no sense of urgency, no fear or resistance comes w it. Ego will come with only two flavours; You must survive (sense of urgency,) so don't do/think/or behave like "this" (judgement, fear, SELF BLAME) or you must do/think or behave like this to survive (judgement, fear, BLAME OTHERS, I am victim). Yes, the ego will bring you up always to bring you down. That's its job. This is why meditation is crucial. When you quiet the mind/ego in this stillness you differentiate it from the intuition very clearly. You will hear and feel the difference. Takes practice but it is worth the consist dedication.

He is very exhausting when he is in desperation mode, but it's not really even about me. This is literally the type of man, you could walk out of his house with one of his cups and he would track you down to the ends of the earth for his cup back lol. It's insane. 😂
I think you may relive pain because in this energy he is unhealed and unchanged. If you go back it's best to have changed yourself (expectations, and healed traumas etc)
Pile 4 ❤. I have no doubt its frustrating to read this dynamic. It is a challenge to live and learn this lesson. I now manage to get it about 75% of the time, but still struggling with it for that other 25% when the egoic brain kicks in.
