what to do when you have 2 different versions of device and trying to export/import ? i tried it says operation failed, must i downgrade or upgrade either one or there's a way
Dear Sir, we are unable to get data from device > ivms-4200 machine of FACES; all other like fingerprinting and codes are OK and copied successfully, only faces data is not importing and presenting the number = 0; possible solution please
@@aljurassic8905 sorry i don’t have video for 3 unit face terminal. As long as you have register 3 devices at device mgmt and have group on it. The access group there you can select 3 devices. Then it able upload it seems iVMS-4200 it have user data and face data.
@@securityproducthelper2971 sir do u have an idea,, the problem is i assign may co worker as a administrator in facial devices, but on the next day it always comwback to standard user,,.. Do u have a video, what going on or how to solve this?
