Awesome vlog today! That hike was a 10! Love the drone views. The Mexican casserole, yummy! And the ending made our hearts melt. Every parent would like their daughter to have a husband who loves them like you love Kellie, Cody. If I were her mother, I’d be thrilled to have a son-in-law of your caliber. And vice-versa. I love it when Kellie says “ the bacon grease makes it better.” That’s how you know you are from the South. I keep bacon grease in the freezer😂. We’re in our 70’s and enjoy the full time outdoor/traveling/ hiking lifestyle. We enjoy your adventures so much. This one brought back beautiful memories of that area. I’ve wondered if Kelly has considered Altra trail runners. It’s worn by many through hikers. Lightweight. Breathable. A sole with “soul”. Wider toebox. Sits slightly back on the heel relieving pressure on the toes. Anyway. Onward and upward on your adventures.

I think Cody wears Altra so I'm pretty sure she might have considered them. In any case, I thought Altra would be great for me because I have wide feet like Cody says he has. They are great for many, but for some reason (I used to have bunions), they didn't work for me. Just not the right shape even though they are made for people's natural foot health. Kelly has said she has narrow feet, so Altra probably would not work for her feet. What do you all think?

So sorry but I busted laughing out loud when Kelly was complaining about her shoes and seemed very out of breath. The parking lot was still easily seen in the background....lol. Honestly I thought the hike would be a fail....WRONG. It was beautiful. BTW always buy shoes / hiking boots from R.E.I. because you have a whole year to return them after trying them out.

🏔 Thanks for this amazingly beautiful hike today; careful step footing all those rocks. Rocky Mountain rain and hail storms are the norm up yonder that’s why it’s always recommended to pack a backpack for weather changes just in case one gets temporarily stranded on a ridge top. Pack warm clothing, a lightweight heat absorbing reflective covering, matches, extra water, snacks, a locator type gadget etc. Lived twenty years in majestic Colorado.🥾

What an incredible hike! The views were stunning! What a magical place. My daughter was mesmerized by the views in this vlog and is even more excited to see the west coast one day. Thank you for taking us along! For hiking shoes I have fallen in love with the Saucony Excursion trail runners. I have a wide foot and they come in a wide size that fit me very well...and they have excellent traction. Happy travels! -Hedy

EPIC...Perfect word to describe your hike! Ohhhh, the views were simply stunning. We live in Cheyenne, 13 mi. N of the city and have not been up in those parts where you're at. We camp in Medicine Bow National Forest, but way down here, 40 min E of Cheyenne. As you were hiking in the granite I was thinking 'perfect place to break an ankle', which I did in AZ on a hike in the 70's when I was 23...simply horrible...took surgery and screws to repair it, after I was rescued and transported back to Phoenix, 90 MI away, lol, there's the story of my life. I SOOOO enjoy the two of you, I love your personalities! and the places you take me, hahaha. You are Definitely my Favorite camping you tubers!!! See y'all next time 💛💚🤍💙💛💚🤍💙.

You Guys are so blessed to be able to be there and see heaven on earth! I'm so glad Cody got to see his pica LOL. So cute!. The sky is so blue and you hardly ever see that anymore. That does look like one heck of a hill you're climbing though wow. Even when I was young that would have been rough for me. You guys are awesome! The weather has been very strange this year all over the country and many places are getting hail a lot. It's to the point where I think it would be smart to invest in a hail cover for our vehicles.

Love the show, watch all the time. Not to push REI but if you are a member you can return anything within 365 days. ( a year) so you could try some shoes and not being stuck with 150 hiking or running shoes that are uncomfortable.

You can buy hiking shoes from REI or Fleet Feet and wear them and see how they do and they will take them back if it doesn’t work for you.

I made some of them breakfast burritos like u guys make ,,, did the butter in the iron skillet to make um golden brown ... people think love um, they think Im a genus breakfast cook. slipped some tater tots in um with some gravy ,,,, yip did the trick,,, ... Lone Peak Altra 6s for shoes - known for spacious forefoot! Buy from REI - return anytime. Also, buy “used” in excellent condition at greatly reduced price.

Two good women's hiking shoe manufacturers to try are Keens and Topos. Both have wider toe boxes so your toes don't rub together or rub on the outside wall of the shoes. If you purchase them from REI you can return them within a year if they don't work out for what ever reason. Just a suggestion. Nothing worse than foot pain when hiking. Beautiful video. 🚶‍♀️🥾⛰🏕

Size 10 hook is the best. You can catch fish Cody you are just having a hard time setting the hook. Maybe if you work on that you will be more successful. I know it's a fun sport but I'm sure it would make you feel better to land some. And Kellie you should try it....soooo much fun!!!! Y'all rock.
