Hiking Cannock Chase in England 

A 15 mile hike around the beautiful AONB Cannock Chase. It was a lovely day - not too hot or cold so I made my way into Staffordshire to tackle a long hike as training towards the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge at the end of June 2024.
The official trail is 9 miles but I done 6 miles more as training - it was also a culmination of my phone battery dying and forgetting my power bank - but hey that's how it goes at times.

I parked at the Nine Gates car park which is about half a mile from the official trail head. I believe you can also park on Marquis drive, the parking for both is FREE and the postcodes are WS12 4PW.
Cannock Chase is a lovely place to walk and hike and lies in the English county of Staffordshire.
