After the Corona and Bowtie Arch hike, I decided to stay in Moab so I could go in the Arches National Park the next day early in the morning. I did not have advanced reservation for timed entry so I had to get in before 7 in the morning or after 4 in the afternoon. I am glad that I came back for this trail because this hike is pretty impressive. My favorite view is the Black Arch Overlook, it was breath taking! On my way out of the trail, I stopped by a distress lady. It was still spring in Moab but the temperature in the desert is rising. I knew what was going on so I had to help and give her some electrolyte tablet and extra water. She was from Oregon so she probably did not know the must haves when hiking the desert. It could be chilly in the morning but once the sun gets higher in the sky, the temperature quickly rises as well. Summer is around the corner so lets bring at least 3 liters of water, electrolytes, salty crackers and drink electrolytes everyday!
