Oh yes, we absolutely loved France! The people are wonderful and we stayed most of the time in small towns in the countryside. We hope to go back again someday soon. Hope you are doing well and thank you for always being so encouraging!

How were you with hiking up to Lac Blanc? I'm in Chamonix right now. I took the Plan Praz up, hiked over to the Cornu chair lift, then took a bike trail all the way down. That night I had dream I was falling off a mountain. Were you able to handle it with your phobia of heights.
I think the gondola was the worst part. The hike itself was really good and not really any ridge lines or sketchy spots. I always try to push myself - and sometimes it does not go as planned (see our latest video), but that gondola back down was unexpectedly scary. I hope you enjoyed your time in Chamonix! And I am with you on the nightmares though, definitely a real fear
