I used to wear high heels to work and run half marathons….until all that abuse absolutely destroyed my feet, had to have my sesamoid bone removed it was dead. Take care of your feet!! They’ve got to last you a lifetime.
She speaks like an air headed junior high student. I'm sure people will defend her saying she's young, early 20s. Cool, then please explain to me, at what age can I expect someone to sound like an adult?
I've seen many women hiking in flip-flops!..and some serious scrambling in around Lake Louise. They are usually the ones carrying a Shih Tzuin in a shoulder bag. Nothing surprises me anymore.
She really needs to take care of her feet, hence the total body, and hopefully not have to call Mountain Rescue for something as stupid as this endevour!
