Hiking in Ireland for a beginner may feel be a little daunting. This country is full of incredible places to explore and it would be a shame to let your fears get in the way of that.
As hiking is becoming more popular I felt I would share some pointers I think a beginner would find useful from my own years of hiking experiences. Hopefully, you'll also gain a little confidence to get out there.
I'm recovering from an ankle ligament injury, sadly no mountains for me for a while so I had time to make this video.
