Even though our crossing of Kosovo was shorter than expected, we enjoyed a lot visiting this unknown and underrated country! Far from the images of NATO's tanks and peacekeepers troups, Kosovo has lot to offer. People are warm and generous and there's a real potential for hiking. We hiked from Gjakovë to Prizren and then headed to the Sharr mountains before reaching Macedonia.

Well we said this because we think a lot of people have in mind that Kosovo can be a dangerous place and it is a very different feeling than the one we had when crossing Kosovo :)

Kosova (Dardania) my homeland is really beautiful, but I don't think you went for attractive places but more of kinda "normal" life places right? And I really hope we unite with Albania soon 🇦🇱🇽🇰🇦🇱🇦🇱 that's also the reason why you see Albanian 🇦🇱flag a lot, we don't like this 🇽🇰 EU flag😒

No because we just passed by Prizren to access the Shar mountains, we didn't really spend a lot of time in the city

Thank you for pointing out the good and bad of my country. Here are a couple things I wish to share: 1. We Albanians are great hosts and welcome everyone in our lands. I don't know what happens to us when we move to a Western country and create all that bad publicity for us. 2. The trash that you saw in Kosova and Albania is one of the biggest problems that both countries face, but it has become a custom for us Albanians to sit around and wait for the West to sort all of our problems, including the waste problem. We are just waiting for another loan from USAID or some other western organization - which the politicians will stick in their own bank accounts anyway - when we can simply do what you did during this trip, which is to collect the trash ourselves. Also never throwing it out in the nature in the first place would help too.

Thank you for sharing and for your honesty! Albania was the biggest and the nicest surprise of this 2-year trip. We stayed much longer than we thought because we felt so sad to leave these fantastic places an people. Of course there's room for improvement, especially on the government side but our experience has been awesome! THANK YOU!!

Like, you Serbs are the authority on the credible history and reliable news of the Balkans huh? Give me a break. If you like such videos, go watch videos on what Serbs did in Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosova during the 90s. Since you are pointing me to that video, here is the truth on that video: the 2004 unrest started when some Serb teenagers unleashed dogs on 3 Albanian kids, who ran and fell into the river, and then drowned. So, that one was started by you guys too. Also, check the latest videos on how the Serb president Vucic and that pig Sheshel are threatening Kosova AGAIN with war?

Bonjour Effectivement l environnement n est pas encore une priorité dans un pays dévasté par une guerre civile mais espérons qu un jour la prise en compte sera suffisante pour cet énorme Nettoyage qui s impose Et dire que chez nous en France on envoie nos déchets plastiques se faire recycler en Chine ou Malaisie a grand renfort de porte containers On marche sur la tête!!!! Je pensais au fait qu un jour nous aurons a regretter cet immense laxisme😢 Bonne route en Grèce??

Oui c'est d'une tristesse... En vérité ce n'est par rapport à la pollution générée par des pays comme la France, c'est encore plus triste de voir qu'il s'en faudrait de peu pour en faire un pays propre !
