Hiking the Fortress Ridge Trail | Blue Mountains National Park, NSW 

Katoomba is in Sydney's Blue Mountains National Park, 2 hours west of Sydney, Australia. Some of Australia's best hiking trails are here, down and around the huge valleys and sandstone rock faces.
This was my first hike since my pulmonary embolism 9 weeks ago. A popular day hike, the Fortress Ridge Trail is worth exploring to see the huge drop offs and spectacular views.
