The Bay of Kotor Montenegro is bustling with activity including tours, cruise ships, and locals, but if you want to see the best of Kotor Montenegro, you have to get above all of this. I recommend you try hiking Kotor Montengegro city walls for the very best views. If you're climbing Kotor, you'll want to bring sturdy walking shoes as the paths are full of rocks and can be quite steep in certain areas. You have to get to the top of city walls of Kotor in order to appreciate Kotor Bay. Let me know if you end up going hiking in Kotor and hiking St John's fortress.
