Old 22-Friendly San Francisco My grandfather was born in 1908. He and his boyhood friends would ride their bicycles up to Twin Peaks in San Francisco, California during the 1910's and early 1920's. They had their 22 rifles slung across their backs as they rode through the public streets. They pedalled up to Twin Peaks to shoot at cans for fun. It was a safe and unpopulated area. Can you actually believe that San Francisco, of all places, was once not so weird about old-fashioned all-American fun? No mass shootings at all: nothing like that then. Boy, time has one devil of a way of changing things. People are now scared of their own shadows.
I lived in San Francisco for years, and anything I had visitors from out of state, that's the first place I'd take them. The view is breathe taking, and you won't really realize the true meanings of the word until you get there. So when you get to San Francisco, it's a must, that you go, even the ride there is amazing, if you drive up from Market St. In this video you can see Market St. its lite up, and stands out from the rest of the view. You won't regret the travels.
