I am using Hikvision DS7208HUHI-F1 / N. When I go to cloud storage setting, it says "Use a mobile browser to scan the QR code to log in the selected cloud to get the authentication code". Can you tell me what does it mean? how can a mobile browser (chrome or safari or xyz) can directly scan QR code without running any application or connecting to some website and allowing camera access?. Please explain step-by-step.

if you are going to cloud storage setting means you are going to wrong option. this option is to save your dvr video records to cloud like google drive, onedrive, etc so this apps can be authenticate from mobiles also. so pls select the right option to online your dvr by watching the video. there is platform access option to enable dvr cloud settings.

@@TechnoSearch My DVR is already online. I want to setup cloud storage to google drive or Onedrive. I tried using laptop by logging to my DVR and going to Configuration->Storage->Storage Management->Cloud storage, but when I press "Get" button Google drive does not allow access to my account to DVR for security reasons, I tried relaxing all security by going to google account settings, but still it does not allow. If I choose OneDrive, it opens the OneDrive webpage but does not give me authentication code, I relaxed security and allowed pop-ups, but still it only opens the OneDrive webpage nothing else. So, I thought I must directly login to my DVR by connecting monitor to HDMI port, so my earlier question is about this.

No way to do it remotely. It can be happen due to lost of internet connection or power or dvr hanged or anything els. You will have to check it locally and manually only.

Please make sure the cable you are connecting is ok. You can check connecting laptop on it and test internet is working or not? If internet is working, than only connect to DVR. Check other settings like DVR DHCP is on?

1- Hikvision ka mobile app update kero. 2- Ager nahi solve hua toh app uninstall kar k reinstall karo aur app ko Network ki permission allow kero. 3- app uninstall karne se pehle dvr ka id password serial no and verification code note kerlo.

Your DVR device is already added to some other's mobile app. There are 2 ways to solve this. 1- try to find or remembered if you added this device to with any other mobile or account or if buy old dvr than contact to old owner and delete the device from there mobile or app. 2- call to Hikvision support and do process to dvr unbind by sending dvr serial no, model no on Hikvision technical support email. Once they unbind and confirm it. U can add the device in your mobile.

Device is already added in any other mobile with registered to your mobile no. 1- login with your mobile and password on the app to get access to the camera. Do password reset for your mobile no on this app.
